By Erin Tuttle, Coordinator, Supervisor and Leadership Development
There are several Valencia leaders who partner with the Organizational Development and Human Resources team to deliver training and development created specifically for supervisors, designed to strengthen supervisory competencies and leadership skills. These dedicated leaders graciously give their time to facilitate classroom courses and provide a highly-valuable “Valencia” viewpoint and “first-hand experience” to the informative content they deliver.
These leaders have been participants of the programs and various training themselves, and now, as facilitators, are able to further develop their skillset by teaching others. If you have participated in a PIVOT program, attended a supervisory workshop, or a Check-In training, you know the faces of these leaders and have benefited from their knowledge. It is with wholehearted gratitude, we thank these facilitators for their time and dedication to leadership development at Valencia. It is because of you that we are able to continue to deliver excellent, supervisory-specific development opportunities.
