A Greeting from Stacey Johnson, President of East and Winter Park Campuses

Earlier this spring, an intense search for a new president of the East and Winter Park Campuses resulted in the selection of Dr. Stacey Johnson.

“Dr. Johnson comes to us having served as a faculty member, dean, and most recently vice president for academic affairs at Palo Alto College in the Alamo Community College District in San Antonio, Texas,” said Dr. Sandy Shugart, president of Valencia, in his recent college update.

Stacey will officially assume this role on Monday, August 6, and prior to her first day, is sending a personal greeting. Watch the video below to hear Stacey’s plans for the first several months in her new role.

If you would like to welcome Stacey to the Valencia family, or respond to her video, please do so by leaving your comment below.
