Attend a Benefits Tour to Learn Details of Our New Health Plans

As Valencia transitions from Cigna to UnitedHealthcare, the benefits team wants to assure you that we’ve got you covered. We’d like to invite you to attend one of the scheduled Benefits Tours sessions that will prepare you with everything you need to know for Open Enrollment, which will take place Monday, October 19 – Friday, October 30, 2015.

At the Benefits Tours, we will announce the details and rates of our new health insurance plans, our new vision plan details and rates, plus information about the rest of your benefits and how to complete your online enrollment. View the schedule below for tour dates on your campus or location.

You are welcome to bring your spouse or domestic partner to any of the Benefits Tours. Valencia’s UnitedHealthcare bilingual field account manager will also be available to answer your questions.

Registration for the Benefits Tours is strongly encouraged in the Valencia EDGE by following these directions:

• Log in to Atlas.
• Click on the Employees tab.
• Click on the Access the EDGE graphic in the My Development Channel. A new window will open.
• Search for Benefits Tour on the top right side of the page.
• Click on the session title. A pop-up window will appear.
• Click the Request button to register for the training.
