Poinciana Campus’s own Professor of Culinary Management Jennifer Denlinger wowed the crowd at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival on Friday, September 7, 2018, with a live cooking demonstration of her original recipes for Coffee Thyme Rubbed Skirt Steak, Garlic Herb Yucca Fries and Florida Sweet Corn and Avocado Salsa.
