Congratulations to the 2021-2022 League Excellence Award Recipients

Congratulations to Valencia College’s 11 outstanding 2021-2022 League Excellence Award recipients.

The League Excellence Awards are open to League for Innovation in the Community College alliance member institutions to celebrate outstanding contributions in improving student learning and leadership by community college faculty and staff.

Recipients include:

  • Roger Corriveau, Manager, Campus Operations
  • Ellen Costello, Manager, Teacher Preparation
  • Laura D’Alessio, Professor, Biology
  • Victoria Del Agua, Administrative Manager, Arts and Entertainment
  • Randy Gordon, Professor, English
  • Will Jefferson, Administrative Manager, Peace and Justice Institute
  • Douglas Kern, Professor, English
  • Amy Matson, Custodial Services Supervisor
  • Krista Peirce, Administrative Assistant
  • Ella Raynor, Instructional Lab Supervisor
  • Jill Szentmiklosi, Dean of Students
