Continuing to Work Remotely? Check Out These Guidelines
ShareAs Valencia continues to monitor and respond to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the College is committed to prioritizing the health and wellbeing of our faculty, staff and students, and working to ensure continuity of our student’s learning. With these commitments in mind, the majority of our employees will remain working in a remote setting for the remainder of the 2020 calendar year.
As we continue to support you during this extended but temporary modification to our work locations, we want to provide you with additional guidelines and clarifications for remote work.
The guidelines are important, as they provide many details on the following areas:
- Temporary remote work arrangements
- Employee expectations for remote work
- Supervisor expectations for remote work
- Equipment and resources
- Scheduling and recording hours worked
- Hours worked
- Web Time Entry

We want to sincerely thank each of you for your commitment to this community and one another. As we grow together, we invite you to share your feedback with Organizational Development and Human Resources (ODHR) so that we can further support your success at the College.
