Delays with Campus Store Orders

A Message from Kathleen Plinske, President, Osceola, Lake Nona and Poinciana Campuses

Our Campus Store continues to work hard to ensure that our students receive the course materials they need. However, due to an overwhelming number of orders placed after the semester started, students are still experiencing delays with the processing of their orders. Please consider extending deadlines as appropriate to allow students time to receive their textbooks and other materials, or reach out to one of our librarians for ideas about making digital content available as students wait to receive their materials. Also, our Campus Store has prepared an FAQ to share with students who have questions about their orders and deliveries.
