Developing an Edge: Valencia’s Employee Development Program

If you were not able to participate in the virtual information sessions earlier this month titled “Give Yourself an EDGE – Valencia EDGE Webinar Series,” you may watch the archived webinar by logging into Atlas. Once in Atlas click on the Employees tab and scroll down to the My Development Channel – there you will find a link to the webinar.

 

This is the first in a series of webinars designed to keep you informed of the latest updates and information within the Valencia EDGE. In this session you will learn about the employee and supervisory competencies, how to register for online and instructor-led courses, and how to use the new Valencia EDGE catalog.
