Empty Boxes? Donate them to the East Campus Sleep Out Event for Homeless Youth

Do you have any empty boxes in your office or at home? East Campus’ Phi Theta Kappa will be hosting a Sleep Out on Monday, April 3, 2017, where faculty, staff and students will simulate homelessness by sleeping outdoors to generate awareness about homelessness and raise funds for homeless youth.

To make this event a success, Phi Theta Kappa is seeking 100 used or new cardboard boxes for the sleepers.

If you have cardboard boxes that you would like to donate, please send them to Stacy Ramos, administrative assistant, learning support, at MC: 3-12 using the internal package removal form, which can be found by clicking here. Then, please place in your typical pickup location for outgoing mail.

If you have any questions, Stacy can be reached at sramos14@valenciacollege.edu or 407-299-5000, extension 2823.
