Throughout this leadership program, which spans eleven months, participants will embark upon a journey of self-discovery as they develop transferable leadership and self-management skills. The program features a wide variety of leadership training and networking opportunities.
“We thought it would be a great way for me to gain exposure to a variety of development resources and other leaders at the college. Through research and reflection, I’ve had the opportunity to develop a leadership philosophy that is influenced by the individuals around me and is centered on my values. This academy has provided me with an awareness of our institution’s culture and helped me gain confidence at work,” Robyn shared.
