You’re invited to Mid-week Mindfulness, a weekly event every Wednesday through Wednesday, July 22, 2020, for East Region faculty and staff.

Join Celine Kavalec, professor, English, and qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher through the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness, for this practice that offers tools to deal with the uncertainty and upheaval created by the pandemic.

Each week a guided meditation will be offered, followed by time to share your experience with the practice. All levels of experience are welcome.
