It’s time to complete your 2017-2018 End-of-Year Check-In. Here are the steps to follow:
- Step One – Employee Updates on Goals: Enter your accomplishments and progress on goals into the Valencia EDGE. Following this step, your supervisor will meet with you to discuss your progress. If some goals need to carry over to the 2018-2019 Check-In cycle, that is okay.
- Step Two – Supervisor Annual Review: After the meeting, your supervisor will enter comments and feedback into the Valencia EDGE based on the conversation during your meeting.
- Step Three – Employee Acknowledgement: You must acknowledge your supervisor’s comments and feedback in the Valencia EDGE.
The 2017-2018 Check-In process must be completed by Tuesday, July 31, 2018.
During the meeting with your supervisor, consider your goals for the 2018-2019 Check-In as it will open on Sunday, July 1, 2018.
