Thank you for encouraging your employees to take the online health insurance and benefits survey. We had a 68 percent response rate, so we know employees are very passionate about this topic.
Open enrollment is one of our biggest financial decisions of the year and impacts both our personal and financial well-being. As you know, we will be changing healthcare providers, and UnitedHealthcare coverage will begin Friday, January 1, 2016.
Please ensure that all of your full-time employees are aware of this change and provide them an opportunity to attend one of the 2016 Benefits Tours that will be held on each campus from Monday, October 5 – Friday, October 16, 2015. Information will be provided on who to contact for employee questions and how to find answers to personal questions, such as how to see if a provider is in the network or what prescription drugs are covered.
Online Open Enrollment will be held Monday, October 19 – Friday, October 30, 2015. Please set aside time for your employees to make their selections in a stress-free environment.
Computer labs are reserved at the following dates, times and locations for open enrollment. A member of the benefits team will be available in the labs to provide assistance and answer questions.
