TEDx Talk Video: The Skill of Self Confidence — Dr. Ivan Joseph

Dr. Ivan Joseph, director of athletics at Ryerson University, is an award-winning performance coach and a seasoned speaker as it relates to self-confidence. His TEDx Talk presentation focuses on increasing one’s skill in self-confidence through constant repetition and persistence in sports career, leadership and life. This video captures the epitome of what is required for individuals to accomplish their desired goal or New Year’s resolution.
