When you click on the Valencia EDGE in Atlas on Friday, July 1, 2016, you will find a new, streamlined look that will make it simpler to find the resources you need. This portal, designed to help you with Employee Development, Growth and Engagement, will contain all of the great resources it has in the past — but will have a vibrant, refreshed layout to help you easily find the areas of the site you use most.
The new site will contain six channels: My Learning, My Career, My Performance, Supervisor’s Toolkit, Recognition and Recruitment. Like the existing site, you may visit the Valencia EDGE to search for and register for online courses and in-person workshops; view your employee development transcript; evaluate your performance (full-time faculty and staff); send badges to colleagues; apply for job openings; and review resumes when hiring.
