Lauren Bojalad Named Assistant Director of Employee Relations and Welcomes Jennifer Bevan

Working in a collegial environment can sometimes result in workplace conflict, and it is the responsibility of the Employee Relations (ER) team to provide practical solutions for early resolutions to those conflicts.

With the tools and resources outlined through the employee dispute resolution process, the ER team works to foster positive working relationships across the College. The Employee Relations team includes Lauren Bojalad, assistant director, employee relations, and Jennifer Bevan, coordinator, employee relations.

Lauren Bojalad became the assistant director of employee relations, on Monday, January 19, 2015. Lauren is responsible for the development, administration and day-to-day operations of comprehensive, collegewide employee relations programs, overseeing the exit interview process and working collaboratively with the Organizational Development and Human Resources Department (OD/HR) to use aggregate data to identify trends and implement training and development opportunities for all employees. Prior to this role, she served as coordinator, employee relations.

Jennifer Bevan joined the employee relations team on Monday, January 26, 2015. In consultation with other employee relations/OD/HR personnel, Jennifer serves as one of the primary points of contact for employees reporting concerns. Jennifer is responsible for working collaboratively with the campus-based OD/HR teams to provide timely feedback and guidance to employees as it relates to employee relations services. Jennifer served previously as the coordinator of employment and onboarding with the East/Winter Park Campus and CJI/School of Public Safety OD/HR team.
