Meet Your ODHR Regional Solution Center Team

Left to Right: Glendisha Rolle, Judy Morillo, Dan Suarez, Melanie Rodriguez and Liz Suarez Lopez

A credit to the imagination of Hollywood writers and directors, Human Resources can often feel less than inviting. Fortunately, however, Valencia’s Organizational Development and Human Resources (ODHR) department is a far cry from the reprimand-happy administrators so often depicted in the movies. Contrary to those characters, ODHR is a welcoming resource for all Valencia employees  — whether you have questions about topics like payroll or benefits, or are looking for leadership development and career coaching.

Plus, thanks to the development of Regional Solution Centers, which serve as local, one-stop-shops of ODHR services, you now have access to a team of ODHR professionals dedicated to serving the Osceola, Lake Nona and Poinciana Campuses, as well as the Advanced Manufacturing Center. The team, which embodies the Osceola region’s inclusive and familiar culture, boasts a wide array of experiences and expertise, and the team is eager to assist you with any ODHR questions you may have.

Based on Osceola Campus in Building 1, Room 222, Osceola, Lake Nona and Poinciana Campus and Advanced Manufacturing Center employees are welcome to stop by (no appointment required). Alternatively, the Osceola Regional Solution Center team is happy to travel to other Valencia locations to meet with you at your preferred location.

If you want to make an appointment or ask a question via phone or email, you can reach the team at HR4U@valenciacollege.edu or via the HR4U helpline at 407-299-5000, extension HR4U (4748).
