Welcome to the 2022-2023 academic year. As you get ready for the fall term to begin, here are a few Office of Information Technology (OIT) reminders:

Hours of Operation
The Office of Information Technology is available from 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

How to Get Help
For technology support, contact the OIT Service Desk through the online portal. You may also contact or 407-582-5555.

Computer Refresh
Computers are scheduled to be refreshed every four years, beginning with the oldest computers first. When your computer is eligible for refresh, you will be contacted by a technical services specialist, or you can submit a Refresh Request to check if your computer is refresh eligible. Click here to complete the Refresh Request.

If you still have a PC or Mac desktop computer, you are now eligible for a laptop upgrade. Please schedule a time with Campus Technology Services for your technology refresh. For details and a link to schedule the appointment, click here.
