Contribute to the New Active Learning Certificate Program

Are you an expert in active learning? If you are, we have an opportunity for you!

We are seeking faculty leaders with active learning expertise to partner with us in the design, faculty-insight-news-iddevelopment and facilitation of our new Active Learning Certificate program. Your prior experience engaging students in active learning in your courses will play a key role in helping us build this important new program.

We would like to begin this work in fall 2016 and anticipate completing the work in spring 2017. We plan to schedule several meetings throughout each semester in order to meet our timelines and objectives. This work will be compensated with a stipend and does not include a fellow or release time commitment.

After receiving your dean’s approval, if you would like to partner with us, please email your letter of interest to me at by Friday, July 15, 2016. Please include your evidence-based areas of expertise with active learning. We will then schedule a meeting with you to discuss this exciting opportunity.
