Open Enrollment for Benefits Begins Today

Attention all full-time employees! Open enrollment for your 2014 benefits starts today and continues through Friday, November 1. This is the time to enroll, opt-out, confirm or make changes to existing health, dental or vision plans and flexible spending accounts.

It is critical that you participate in the enrollment process before the deadline of Friday, November 1, 2013Please note that if you do not complete the online open enrollment and receive confirmation of benefits for 2014, you will be automatically enrolled in Valencia’s High Deductible Default Plan.

For an overview of the steps to enroll for your 2014 benefits, view this video from Amy Bosley, interim vice president of human resources and diversity, that is also located in HRinTouch for your convenience.

In addition, please note the important changes to Valencia’s 2014 benefits that are also in “The Grove,” including that the Open Access Plus In-Network (OAP-In) will no longer be available. If you are currently enrolled in this plan, you must select a new plan or you will be automatically enrolled in Valencia’s High Deductible Default Plan.

  • Wednesday, October 23, 1 – 4 p.m., West Campus, Building 6, Room 118
  • Thursday, October 24, 1 – 4 p.m., East Campus, Building 4, Room 210
  • Tuesday, October 29, 1 – 4 p.m., Osceola Campus, Building 1, Room 115
