Parking at the Downtown Campus

Have a meeting at the new Downtown Campus and wondering where to park? Read on.

Unlike other Valencia College campuses, non-Downtown Campus faculty and staff may NOT park in Downtown Campus faculty and staff parking areas with our standard Valencia College hang tags or decals, as this may result in a ticket or your vehicle being towed.

Special Downtown Campus hang tags are required. Valencia College vice presidents have been provided several hang tags for their team members to sign out, if available. Please check with your senior leader for sign-out procedures.

Drivers with Downtown Campus hang tags may park in the Parramore Garage — which is accessible from Parramore Avenue — on the third floor in spaces labeled with “Valencia College Reserved Permit Required” signage. Please note that there are only 75 Valencia College reserved spaces in the Parramore Garage. If all spaces are full, please park on your own and submit your parking expense for reimbursement.

You can find several guest and visitor parking options available within Creative Village. On-street metered parking is managed by the City of Orlando in addition to an hourly parking lot on Livingston Street, adjacent to the Marriott Hotel.

The UnionWest at Creative Village Garage also has hourly parking available for visitors. To park in UnionWest, pay for your temporary parking pass at the kiosk located in the UnionWest parking garage.

Guest parking is not available in the Amelia Street garage.

If you visit the Downtown Campus and pay to park, please submit your receipt as part of your department’s in-district travel processes. To view a map of available parking, click here.
