‘Pasitos a Valencia’ a Success

A Message from Kathleen Plinske, President, Osceola, Lake Nona and Poinciana Campuses
Pasitos a Valencia, a fundraising event to raise scholarship funds for students from Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other Caribbean islands displaced by the hurricane, was a success. Attendees enjoyed music by RYO La Voz, Guataca Sound Machine and Pleneros de la Central, as well as food trucks, espresso coffee by NOI Caffe and cookies by Mia’s Cakes.
More than $2,100 has already been raised for student scholarships, but donations are still being collected online. To donate, click here.
