Practice Lovingkindness With Weekly Meditation

Friday, December 3, 2021

Practice paying attention to yourself and others with the weekly Loving Kindness (Metta) Meditation.

Date: Every Wednesday of the spring term
Time: 12:30 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Location: Zoom

Loving Kindness, sometimes described as extending friendship to ourselves and others is not about liking everyone, or dispensing universal approval, but is knowing our lives are interconnected. It helps focus our attention on inclusion and caring, challenging the idea of “us/them.”
