The quarterly professional staff spring forum and luncheon was held on West Campus in the Special Events Center, Tuesday, March 24, 2015, from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. Nearly 100 professional staff from all campuses attended.

Jeff provided a vision of degree pathways that includes certificates, associates and bachelors degrees, and graduate level programs in partnership with UCF, and the conceptual master plan of the public safety outdoor lab in the future.

Applying through Valencia EDGE as an Internal Candidate

Interested in advancing your career at Valencia? Applying for jobs as an internal candidate is now easier through Valencia EDGE.

Director of Employment and Onboarding Jennifer Page gave an overview of “Applying through the EDGE” where she explained how to apply for jobs at Valencia as an internal candidate:

  • To do so, log into Atlas
  • Select the Employees tab and click on Access Valencia Edge
  • Click on Jobs@Valencia (search and apply)
  • Be sure to select Open Jobs and select the Appropriate Category
  • Once there, choose Apply Now to the position of interest

Applying as an internal applicant through the EDGE saves time. No additional usernames and passwords are needed. The system pulls information from your resume to your applicant profile, and you have the option to apply with your LinkedIn account; so be sure it’s up to date. The program also saves your information for your next submission. Internal job postings are no longer listed on the public job site and are only viewable within Valencia Edge.
