Roadmap for Reopening: Phase 4 Hours of Operation

As we get ready for our Roadmap for Reopening Phase 4 operations, which will begin on Sunday, August 1, 2021, the hours of operation for several areas, including student services, campus stores, tutoring and writing centers, libraries, food services, and more are listed as follows:

After 17 months of primarily remote work, the Student Affairs team is looking forward to the opportunity to increase on-site presence with the opening of our campuses on Monday, August 2, 2021. Read a special message from Joe Richardson, vice president, Student Affairs, that outlines the approach to the development of the Student Affairs Phase 4 plan.

View the schedule of service delivery for student services here, including the areas of advising, answer centers, assessment, financial aid, admissions and more. Department supervisors, in partnership with their C-SALT leaders, will work directly with their team members to fulfill this plan of service delivery. At the Downtown Campus, First Stop will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and available virtually on Fridays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

As of Monday, August 9, 2021, the Valencia Campus Store hours of operation are as follows:

West Campus
Campus Store will be open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Campus store window pick-up will be available Monday – Saturday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Downtown Campus
The Campus Store at the Downtown Campus is owned and operated by Barnes & Noble and will continue to operate online for the Fall 2021 term. Visit the Campus Store website for the Downtown Campus for more information and to order online.

Other Campuses
Valencia Campus Stores will be closed during the Fall 2021 term. Visit the Valencia Campus Store website for more information and online ordering.

Learning Support Centers will open on Monday, August 23, 2021. View the schedule for Learning Support Centers here.

Starting Monday, August 2, 2021, the East Campus Print and Design Center will be open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and will serve all campuses.

Our Collaborative Design Center, located on West Campus in Building 10, will be open and be available for use during Phase 4. Email for more information or to reserve space.

Food Services will have a “soft” opening on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, to welcome faculty and staff; menus and hours may be limited. The official opening will be Monday, August 23, 2021. View the Food Services schedule.

At the Downtown Campus, food vendors will have the following hours of operation:

Dunkin Donuts
Open Sunday through Saturday from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Qdoba and Vera Asian are scheduled to open in September with dates and times to be determined.

From Monday, August 23 through Friday, September 3, 2021, the Office of Information Technology Service Desk will be open 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and Campus Technology Services will be open from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

For the remainder of the term, the Office of Information Technology Service Desk will be open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Campus Technology Services will be open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

All technical support for faculty, staff and students at the Downtown Campus is managed by the University of Central Florida (UCF). Contact the UCF Information Technology Support Center at 407-823-5117 or submit a service ticket online for assistance. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
