Sarah Dockray Wins Statewide Award!

A Message from Kathleen Plinske, President, Osceola, Lake Nona, and Poinciana Campuses

Osceola Campus librarian Sarah Dockray recently won an award for exemplary reference support with the statewide Ask a Librarian system. Exemplary Reference Awards are given out every month. A Quality Assurance Workgroup of librarians from public and academic libraries throughout Florida reviews every reference chat transcript within Ask a Librarian, our online reference help tool, and recognizes those librarians who go above and beyond to provide model service to students online. The transcripts are then made public, so other librarians can read and learn how to improve their service.

Please join me in congratulating Sarah in the comments section below.
