Submit a Workshop for Global Peace Week

Tuesday, May 17, 2022

Each September, in honor of International Peace Day, the Peace and Justice Institute (PJI) proudly hosts Global Peace Week (GPW) — featuring a wide array of workshops, festivities, guest speakers, film screenings, arts and crafts, and musical exhibitions.

This year, GPW will be held Monday, September 26 – Thursday, September 29, 2022, as a collegewide conference held on Zoom with in-person events, and PJI is asking for your help.

If you’re interested in promoting peace, consider submitting a workshop proposal for the weeklong celebration. Workshops can feature topics such as nonviolence, healing, conflict transformation, sustainability, daily peace practices, the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals and so much more.

Please click the button below to submit a workshop proposal. Workshop proposals are due Monday, June 6, 2022.
