The April Supervisor Summit Is Tomorrow

Thursday, April 15, 2021

Date: Friday, April 16, 2021
Time: 9 – 10:30 a.m.
Location: Zoom

Supervisors, you’re invited to tomorrow’s Supervisor Summit, focused on “Leading for Growth: Mindset & Goal Setting.”

During the session, you will:

  • Discover five simple strategies for achieving goals;
  • Discuss a plan of action to achieve department/division goals; and
  • Explore how goal setting looks in uncertain times.

To help you begin thinking about this session, check out this short course “How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority” from LinkedIn Learning.

A portion of the summit will focus on timely updates, including information on Valencia College’s new UnitedHealthcare nurse liaison, the Supervisor Summer Series, the Roadmap for Reopening, and an update on the Service Employees International Union’s efforts to organize our part-time faculty and part-time instructors.

Also, to make the most of your Summit experience, be sure to update your Zoom. To update within the Zoom application, click on your photo or initials in the top right corner. Then, click “Check for Updates.” Updates will be completed automatically.
