A Message from Kathleen Plinske, President, Osceola, Lake Nona and Poinciana Campuses

Join the Creatologists Student Club on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, from 1 – 2 p.m. for a virtual event, “DESIGN and POLITICS.” Guest speaker Rene Alvarez, adjunct professor of political advertisement at the University of Florida and digital strategist at Impact Politics, LLC, will speak about the role of graphic design in political propaganda as well as some of the current design trends that politicians are using to influence the events of politics. The talk will be followed by a short Q&A and a design poster exhibition with the theme “Black Lives Matter” by some student members of our art and design programs.
