The End-of-Year Check-In is Here!
ShareIt’s nearly time to complete the 2017-2018 End-of-Year Check-In. If you haven’t done so already, please schedule a meeting with each member of your team to complete the End-of-Year Check-In.
The steps for the 2017-2018 End-of-Year Check-In are as follows:
- Step One – Employee Updates on Goals: Employees enter their accomplishments and progress on goals into the Valencia EDGE. Following this step, as a supervisor, you will meet with the individual to discuss his or her progress. If some goals need to carry over to the 2017-2018 Check-In cycle, that is okay.
- Step Two – Supervisor Annual Review: After the meeting, you will enter your comments and feedback into the Valencia EDGE based on the conversation during the recent meeting.
- Step Three – Employee Acknowledgement: The employee must acknowledge your comments and feedback in the Valencia EDGE.
Please be sure to have all 2017-2018 Check-Ins completed by Tuesday, July 31, 2018.
