Welcome Kim Sepich, New Vice President of Student Affairs

kim-sepich-groveA Message from Dr. Sandy Shugart, Valencia College President

Please join us in officially welcoming Kim Sepich, the College’s new vice president of student affairs. Kim began her role on Monday, October 3, 2016, and is making an impact within Student Affairs.

Kim brings with her extensive experience in education as she has served as the associate vice president of student services for the North Carolina Community College System Office and vice president of student affairs at Davidson County Community College. She has also served in roles focused on enrollment, learning assistance, admissions and retention, and has worked as an educator herself.

Through these experiences, Kim has led innovative reform in advising, curriculum, transfer policies and student induction — all which will help her shape Valencia’s educational experience to enhance student success.

Like our very own Kathleen Plinske, president, Osceola, Lake Nona and Poinciana Campuses, Kim has also been honored as an Aspen Presidential Fellow.
