A Message from Shaun Andrews, Managing Director, Plant Operations
I am pleased to introduce the new superintendent of plant operations on West Campus, Troy Rogers. In this role, Troy will be responsible for planning and directing the maintenance and custodial care of campus buildings and infrastructure; the installation, operation and maintenance of related systems and equipment; and leading the Plant Operations team.
Troy is a maintenance professional with experience spanning from access control, project management and building automation to team building, vendor management and facilities sustainability. He is a team-oriented leader with customer satisfaction as a primary aspect of his personality.
Most recently, he held a position at the Orange County Library System as the facilities and operations service manager for three years. Troy was responsible for a number of operational support service areas for the library’s 16 campuses.
Troy is married to his wife Linnea and has two children, Raelyn and Colton. He enjoys traveling, collecting vinyl records, snorkeling, nature photography and reading.
