What Makes Valencia College a Great Place to Work? Your Colleagues Answer

In recognition of 50 years of creating better tomorrows and being named one of The Chronicle of Higher Education’s 2017 Great Colleges to Work For, we’re continuing our celebration. We asked you — faculty and staff — to put in your own words what makes Valencia a great place to work. We’ve received many responses, and we thank those who have taken the time to share their sentiments. Each month, we’re highlighting our collective passion and pride for Valencia by sharing select submissions.

For example, take a look at what makes Valencia a great place to work for Sedrick Brinson, financial aid specialist, and Kourtney Baldwin, professor, architecture.
