Wine and Dine to Raise Money for Scholarships at Taste for Learning

Date: Saturday, May 20, 2017
Time: 7 – 10 p.m.
Location: Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, 9939 Universal Blvd, Orlando 32819

Continue the celebration of Valencia’s 50th anniversary by wining and dining at Taste for Learning, a Valencia Foundation fundraiser in which every single dollar donated for sponsorship, tickets and a silent auction go directly to student scholarships. Every item is donated — from the gourmet food to the international wines poured by their own vintners, and the advertising to the decor. The last eight events have raised more than $3 million for student scholarships and medical education, so we hope to keep the momentum going.

During this year’s event on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, sample hundreds of wine and spirits and gourmet tastings from A Land Remembered, Cala Bella, Yak and Yeti, T-Rex Cafe, Rainforest Cafe, Mi Casa Tequila Taqueria, Hard Rock Cafe, Trattoria al Forno, Lickety-Split, AVI Foodsystems, Inc. and Paramount Fine Foods.

Tickets are $125. To purchase tickets or learn more about the event, visit the Taste for Learning Web page.

If you plan to attend, consider staying the evening at the Rosen Shingle Creek at a reduced group rate for Taste for Learning attendees. For resort details, click here.
