YouthBuild Program Awarded a Third, Three-year Grant

A Message from Melissa Pedone and Stanton Reed, Interim Presidents, Osceola, Lake Nona and Poinciana Campuses

We are thrilled to announce that Valencia College has been awarded a third Department of Labor YouthBuild grant of $1.5 million. The Osceola Campus is home to Valencia’s YouthBuild program, which provides opportunities for out-of-school youth, aged 16 – 24, to complete their GED, as well as Valencia’s Basic Construction program.
