A Farewell Celebration: Share a Video Message with Dr. Shugart

After 21 years of service and leadership, Valencia College President Sandy Shugart will retire on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. In preparation for his retirement, a farewell event will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021, to celebrate his legacy and wish him farewell. As a part of the celebration, and as a gift to Sandy, we invite you to share a video message with him.

All video messages will be uploaded on a secure website. In addition to the commemorative memory book that will be presented to him, Sandy will also receive the web link to all submitted videos, allowing him to enjoy the well wishes of his Valencia College family. If you would like to wish him well with a video message, click the button below.Recording and submitting your video is easy. Simply follow the prompts, record your message and upload. And don’t worry, you will have opportunities to review your message and re-record as many times as you like. Please submit your video no later than Friday, June 18, 2021, by 5 p.m.
