Announcing a New Segment Column: Ask Amy — Practical Advice for Supervisors
ShareA message from Amy Bosley, Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources
In my conversations with supervisors, since assuming the position of vice president, organizational development and human resources, I’m often called upon to offer insight, suggestions and advice on workplace issues. The questions cover everything from how to introduce new initiatives to resolving interpersonal conflicts, and everything in between.
Today, I’m excited to announce a new Supervisor Segment monthly column, “Ask Amy.” This column is designed to provide you with guidance to successfully navigate opportunities and challenges in your daily work as a supervisor, as you create a culture for employee success within your teams. Each month, I along with featured guest contributors, will address a question and offer practical solutions from which all supervisors can benefit.
If you would like to ask a question, simply email me with “Ask Amy” in the subject line. Submissions will be anonymous in the Supervisor Segment and will be addressed monthly as they are received.
Check back next month as I address the first question, “What should I do about office gossip that is getting out of control?”
