Once again, the time has come for our West Campus culinary students to demonstrate their mastery of the culinary arts, under the guidance of Chef Pierre Pilloud, Chef Ken Bourgoin, Chef Steven Rujak, Chef Mackie Hefka and their talented garde manager and pastry apprentices, in the Grand Buffet — Grand Patisserie.
This culinary feast, which is $20, will take place at West Campus in Building 9, Room 106, on Friday, April 21, 2017, from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Please note, due to no shows on the day of last semester’s event, all reservations must be paid in advance.
To attend this grand celebration, follow these steps:

- Stop by Chef Ken’s office (Building 9, Room 116) between 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursday to pay the $20 admission fee.
