Learn About Your 2022 Total Rewards During the Benefits Tour

Tuesday, September 14, 2021

A Message from Tom Keller, Director of Total Rewards

Taking care of yourself is one of the most important decisions you can make. And the Total Rewards team is here to make it easy.

Valencia College’s open enrollment will take place Monday, October 18 through Wednesday, October 27, 2021. This is the once-a-year opportunity for full-time employees to enroll, opt-out or make changes to health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts and life and disability insurance. Even if you don’t think you want to make changes to your benefits, we strongly encourage you to review your options available to confirm that your choices are still right for you.

One of the best ways you can ensure your Open Enrollment selections are right for you is by participating in one of the upcoming Benefits Tour sessions, all taking place via Zoom this year. During the Benefits Tour, you’ll learn about your 2022 benefits options, what’s new for 2022 and what steps you need to take to complete your benefits selections during Valencia’s online Open Enrollment period. Your spouse or domestic partner is welcome to attend any of the Benefits Tour sessions.

Our Benefits Tour will take place virtually from Tuesday, October 5 through Thursday, October 14, 2021.

For questions, email the Total Rewards team at benefits@valenciacollege.edu, or call the HR4U helpline at 407-299-5000, extension HR4U (4748).
