Poinciana’s Chef Jenn Invited to Host Demo at Epcot Food and Wine Festival

A Message from Kathleen Plinske, President, Osceola, Lake Nona and Poinciana Campuses

On Wednesday, October 29, 2017, Chef Jennifer Denlinger, professor, culinary management at the Poinciana Campus, was invited to participate in the Chef Demo Series at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. In her demo, she prepared Florida Style Shrimp n’ Grits with Tomato Bacon Jam and Swiss Chard. Chef Jenn has strong ties to Disney, as she completed a culinary apprenticeship at Disney and also is a former cast member.
