Register now for the Essential Supervisory Competencies Certificate Program, created especially for supervisors. If you would like to participate in this program, you must first attend the introductory workshop on Tuesday, October 2.

This highly impactful program focuses on the five key Valencia supervisory competencies: Communication, Collaboration, Manage Performance, Create a Culture for Employee Success, and Planning.

During the introductory workshop you will learn about the requirements for the Essential Supervisory Competencies Certification Program and have the opportunity to ask questions, take an online self-assessment to evaluate your current competency skill level, set goals and create your own learning pathway. Attendance at the introductory workshop is required prior to starting the program.
